Number 1

Take a big breath and GET UP. 

If you don’t give you mind too much time to start creating excuses, you will be able to do things faster. When you come to the moment to do something and you start thinking about the reasons why you should postpone it, take a big breath GET UP and do it – Like the Nike slogan “Just Do It!”

Number 2

This is my favorite. Count backwards from 3.

Many people do the opposite, they say “I will do it to the count of 3.”
1… 2… 3…. 4… 5…. etc.
and they just don’t do it because they still have many numbers they can go…

But, if you count backwards from 3 to 1, is like you got no choice but to “go” when the time is up. You also see this in the TV when NASA is about to launch a rocket. They count backwards from 10 to 1… at the end, the word “Blast off!”

Number 3

“Just Do It” – Nike Slogan

If you feel like putting anything off, remember this famous slogan from Nike – “Just Do It!”

One of the secrets of success on the book from Napoleon Hill – Think and Grow Rich mentions that you need to create a plan to pursue a goal and start implementing that plan IMMEDIATELY whether you are ready or not!
